2026-27 Leadership

	President Matt Payne – Matt has been a Sandy Springs homeowner and District 5 resident for 24 years. He's deeply invested in the growth and community spirit of our neighborhood. With a wealth of local knowledge, Matt has served on the HPCA Board for over a decade, advocating for residents and community enhancements. Professionally, Matt has built a successful career in Telecom/Technology Sales and is a 1997 graduate of the UGA Terry College of Business. Married for 25 years to his wife, Clare, they are proud parents of two sons who attended all our local schools - High Point Elementary, Ridgeview Middle and Riverwood Charter High School. James is currently a sophomore in Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech; Harrison is a Riverwood Senior; and last, but definitely not least, family dog, Stella enjoys a wonderful life of long walks in our beautiful High Point neighborhood.
	VP, City Relations Bill Gannon – Moved with his family to Sandy Springs in 1961 and has lived in the High Point area for 16 years. Bill worked as a volunteer to create the city of Sandy Springs, and he remains active in city politics. He also serves on the Sports Network Board of Children’s Healthcare. Bill is a financial consultant to Atlanta area construction companies. His son attended High Point Elementary, Ridgeview Middle and Riverwood International Charter schools. His wife Janet is an artist.
