Sandy Springs Works App

Sandy Springs Works is a helpful mobile app, hosted by the City of Sandy Springs, that you can find in the App Store and download to your smart phone. You can use the App to quickly and easily report (and track) non-emergency issues  to the City of Sandy Springs.

In the App, simply drop a marker on the map where you see an issue of concern (pot holes, downed electrical wires, etc.) and then
answer a few questions to help the City understand the problem. You can even send a picture to help illustrate the issue you’re reporting.
The City will notify its crews, get to work, and let you know as soon as they’ve addressed the problem.
 
The mobile app can be used to report issues such as high weeds and graffiti, potholes, broken streetlights, or trash and debris.
 
For those preferring a telephone, the Sandy Springs Call Center - 770.730.5600 - is staffed 24/7, 365 days to answer questions
and generate work tickets for city maintenance and repairs requested by the community.
