HPCA awards two annual scholarships to students from Riverwood International Charter School, one each to a male and female student, who are from Title One families, have attended either High Point Elementary and/or Ridgeview Middle School and are enrolling in college. 100% of any contribution you make will go toward these scholarships each year. (Please note: This contribution is separate from your annual dues. HPCA does not qualify as a 501(c)(3) organization; therefore, contributions are not tax deductible.) Scholarship donations are currently being accepted for the Class of 2026.

In January 2026, the High Point Civic Association Board voted to name our Scholarship Fund in honor of Tibby DeJulio. Mr. DeJulio was re-elected to five terms as our District 5 representative and before that, he spent 18 years in efforts to incorporate Sandy Springs.
A High Point resident since 1984, he served as one of HPCA’s earliest board members. He’s passionate about the quality of our neighborhoods and our local schools and has devoted most of his adult life to improving life in High Point and Sandy Springs. We couldn’t imagine a better way to honor his many contributions to the High Point neighborhood.
